Role Overview

Role Overview

This role is centered around supporting and shaping the development of the company’s data infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and cross-functional coordination. The individual will be responsible for investigating natural language processing (NLP) options and configurations, as well as assisting with various ongoing data projects. A key part of the role involves evaluating incoming work from different teams, helping to determine priorities, and ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and in alignment with business needs.

The person in this role will work closely with data engineers, data operations analysts, and senior stakeholders, contributing to both the strategic and practical aspects of infrastructure development. They will play a crucial role in quality assurance, verifying that the data systems and processes in place are accurate and reliable. Additionally, they will help facilitate communication and alignment between technical and non-technical teams, often using tools like Jira or other ticketing systems to manage workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the central Marketing Analytics team, develop and maintain the mobile-measurement partner (MMP) integrations, ensuring accuracy across 12 gaming studios.
  • Evaluate and onboard new tools to support growth, user acquisition, and retention efforts.
  • Ensure proper integration between tools (e.g. revenue integrations, spend integrations, fraud).
  • Oversee mobile attribution setup and data flow across channels (e.g. AppLovin, Google Ads, Unity Ads).
  • Oversee QA processes for SDK updates, MMP integrations, and campaign/event tracking to ensure clean and accurate data pipelines.
  • Support user acquisition with technical campaign setup (deeplinks, postbacks, etc.).
  • Act as a bridge between data, user acquisition and developers to ensure accurate attribution, fraud tracking and cost reporting.
  • Help teams interpret marketing data by ensuring consistent taxonomy and event tracking.
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering to optimise post-install event tracking to support LTV modeling, event-based targeting and performance tracking.
  • Work with Data Engineering on how sources and campaigns are tracked to ensure accuracy in data models.
  • Worth with the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering on project management (JIRA) and information gathering required for project delivery.

  • Experience with MMP partners (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
  • Experience working in or with User Acquisition or performance marketing generally
  • Experience working with lots of data from multiple sources
  • Experience in a managerial role, capable of running cross-functional teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to organising projects, settings and documentation.
  • A sophisticated approach to navigating organisations and relationships.
  • Skilled at explaining difficult concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with JIRA and project management
