Role Overview
Working in close collaboration with the Studio HR Business Partners and the wider HR team this role will have line management oversight and responsibility for the local HR Operational Specialist for the UK region and the HR Systems Administrator as well as being responsible for Group EOR administration and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a user-focused employee experience that puts our employees at the heart of an excellent experience
- Promote a positive workplace culture and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- Be an escalation point for regional investigations and recommend actions in disciplinary matters
- Management of all regional employment compliance and employment legal issues
- Ensure high standards of service delivery to employees and management
- Management of local and EOR payroll/s administration in line with the group approach
- Supplier management for all local HR providers including but not limited to payroll and benefits providers
- Conduit for HR & Finance to support and ensure excellence in all required reporting and budgeting
- In conjunction with the VP HR Operations and Director of Talent define and manage the execution of setup and optimisation of ATS and HRIS Systems including managing the HR System Administrator
- Responsibility for data accuracy and collation to contribute to the group analytics strategy preparing reports and analysis as required
- Prepare reports for leadership on HR trends, compliance issues, and workforce data
- Lead system lead group HR events such as performance management and compensation events
- Administer and report on quarterly Employee Engagement Surveys including collating and presenting results with insights and recommendations based on scores and comments
- Support with managing HR ways of working, HR events, HR meetings and tracking and ensuring delivery of HR activity
- Generate and analyse reports on any HR related topic which may include training metrics, participation, and compliance, presenting findings and updates as required
- Regional and Group support of due diligence for M&A transactions
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Build strong partnerships with other departments to align HR support with business objectives
- Support any HR initiatives as required.
