Triple Whale is the source of truth for eCommerce brands. Our platform centralises the entire analytics stack — from profit tracking and customer insights to marketing attribution and creative intelligence. We empower brands with the visibility they need to make smarter decisions, scale faster, and optimise every dollar spent.
As a Solutions Architect at Triple Whale, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the most innovative eCommerce brands leverage our platform. We’re looking for a strategic problem-solver who can bridge the gap between cutting‑edge technology and real‑world customer needs. You’ll be the go‑to expert for architecting seamless integrations, optimising data flows, and driving technical success across our most complex accounts.
If you’re passionate about solving hard problems, building scalable solutions, and making a tangible impact at a high‑growth company, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical onboarding for our most complex customers, managing integration of Triple Whale’s APIs, JS pixel, and server‑side data flows.
- Collaborate with customers’ dev teams to ensure successful and timely deployment — acting as their dedicated technical point of contact.
- Develop implementation plans, surface best practices, and assist with light scripting (e.g. Python, SQL, API) to support custom use cases.
- Serve as an embedded technical partner to our Customer Success Managers, helping unblock and guide top accounts on product adoption, tracking setup, and advanced configurations.
- Participate in escalations requiring deep technical investigation — using debugging tools (e.g. Postman, DevTools, logs) to identify and resolve issues.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on gaps, blockers, and feature requests surfaced during implementation.
- Help design repeatable onboarding flows and reusable solution patterns to scale future complex integrations.
- Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and enablement that helps the CS organisation become more self‑sufficient over time.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in solutions/implementation engineering with strong customer‑facing experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations end‑to‑end — webhooks, pixels, API auth, and data flows — using tools like Postman, cURL, and DevTools.
- Strong communicator who can translate complex technical topics for both dev and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, attribution, LTV/ROAS) and modern cloud/network fundamentals.
- Track record of partnering with CS teams, gathering customer feedback, and managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
