The Triple Whale Agency Partnerships team manages relationships with agency partners to drive revenue through referrals and foster joint opportunities. The UK partner manager will build upon the existing relationships in the region and expand into new agencies and client accounts. They will work closely with the growing regional team in the UK to support and enable partners and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Regular communication with priority agencies to identify new opportunities for referrals and account expansion
- Communicating product updates and releases, company information
- Training and enablement sessions for agencies on product releases
- Working on co‑marketing, events, joint opportunities for growth in‑market
- Outreach to net new agencies in the market
- Holding demo calls for interested new agencies; onboarding new agencies into the partner program
- Providing basic technical support or properly escalating support issues
- Maintaining up‑to‑date revenue forecasting, relationship notes, and business reviews
- Participating in company and self‑guided learning for platform expertise
