What You're Applying for We’re looking for a proactive and versatile EMEA Marketing Lead to join us on a fixed-term 12-month contract (maternity leave cover) to drive regional execution across events and partner marketing. The role requires a start date of 6 July 2026. Reporting directly to the Head of Ecosystem Marketing, this role ensures that US-created marketing assets and campaigns are effectively adapted and delivered across EMEA to engage customers, partners and internal teams. You’ll work closely with the Partner Marketing Lead, Events Lead, and Product Marketing team in the US, leveraging their playbooks and assets while tailoring them to resonate with EMEA audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Event Marketing
- Own the execution of EMEA-based events, including sponsorships, hosted events and partner activations
- Localise and adapt US-provided assets and playbooks for regional audiences
- Drive integrated event campaigns across pre-, during- and post-event phases to maximise attendance, engagement and pipeline contribution
- Partner Marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with key EMEA partners to deliver co-marketing initiatives
- Execute partner-led webinars, workshops and co-branded activations using global frameworks and assets
- Track and report on ROI of partner campaigns in line with global strategy
- Ensure EMEA sales, partner and customer-facing teams are equipped with the latest marketing content and product messaging
- Act as the main conduit for US marketing initiatives into EMEA, ensuring clear communication and adoption
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, customer success and other regional stakeholders to align marketing programmes with business goals
- Provide feedback and insights from EMEA to help shape global strategy
- Represent the 'voice of EMEA' within the global ecosystem marketing team
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally across events, partner marketing or product marketing enablement
- Proven ability to localise and execute global marketing strategies across EMEA
