Triple West Medical are currently seeking an experienced ST3+ Specialty Registrar Doctor in T&O for a permanent post based in Essex. The NHS Trust have over 14,000 staff offering a comprehensive range of acute and community services over a number of sites to over 1 million people. You will have excellent clinical skills and the ability to lead on the shop floor. You will be expected to be active in the teaching and supervision of all multi-disciplinary staff.
They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ST3+ Specialty Registrar Doctor to join a busy and expanding Trauma and Orthopaedics Department at the Hospital site.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to inpatients and outpatients under consultant supervision
- Participate in the trauma and elective on-call rota
- Contribute to teaching, research, and clinical governance activities
- Take part in regular educational and audit meetings
- Engage in service development and quality improvement projects
You will work closely with our experienced consultants, covering a wide range of specialist interests including lower limb, upper limb, spinal, hand & wrist, and diabetic foot & ankle surgery. The post offers rich opportunities for professional growth and academic engagement.
