Locum Consultant – Community Paediatrics
Applications are invited for a Consultant Community Pediatrician to join a busy, innovative, and friendly team at a Trust based in South East England.
This is a locum consultant post with core responsibilities in neurodevelopmental disorders and an opportunity to develop expertise in working with Looked After Children. The roles are flexible and can be adapted according to the interests of the candidates.
There is flexibility regarding the base location if travel distances are a consideration. The successful candidate will promote a multidisciplinary team approach to community paediatrics, with responsibilities including teaching and supervising junior medical staff. Training in Diagnostic Autistic Spectrum Disorder is desirable.
The hospital is situated in a beautiful area with a catchment comprising historic towns and natural scenery. The location offers excellent recreational facilities, good rail links to Brighton, London, Europe via the Channel Tunnel or Eurostar, and access to international airports.
