An opportunity has arisen for a doctor who specializes in Emergency Medicine to take up a NHS Fixed-term post in the South East of England. The Trust is seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in Emergency Medicine. Applicants should have full GMC registration, an understanding of medical audit principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The Trust aims to provide locally-based, accessible services that are outstanding and continually improving.

The post holder will support the delivery of high-quality emergency services and contribute to the development of a multidisciplinary team approach to care within the specialty.

Additional Information

The specialty doctors, along with two registrars (ST4-ST6), will provide a full 24-hour middle grade rota in the Emergency Departments. The posts are full-time, attracting 15 Programmed Activities (sessions). On average, 11 sessions are worked each week, with 2 sessions allocated for antisocial hours and 2 sessions paid as a recruitment and retention bonus.
