NHS – CONSULTANT PAEDIATRIC RADIOLOGY VACANCY
We are pleased to announce that we have been assigned by an NHS University Hospital based in the South West of England to recruit a Consultant Paediatric Radiologist on either a Substantive or 12-month NHS Fixed Term basis. This is a full-time (10 PA) Consultant Paediatric post based at our client's purpose-built Children's Hospital, which has undergone significant equipment upgrades over the last four years, including a new CT and a 3T MR scanner commissioned in 2014, a second (1.5T) MR scanner installed in 2015, and two new departmental ultrasound units in 2017.
Neuroimaging is provided by neuroradiology colleagues from another site with a separate on-call rota. This role offers a great opportunity to join a well-established Paediatric Radiology team. The hospital has close links to the local University Hospital and is a major medical research centre in the region, enabling continual improvements in patient care. Its academic links also make it the largest centre for medical training in the South West, attracting high-calibre clinical staff from across the UK.
