We are currently supporting an NHS Trust in the Midlands seeking to appoint a Consultant Gastroenterologist, all within a well-supported, forward-thinking Trust.

  • 10 PA substantive Consultant role with a balanced split of clinical & SPA time
  • 1 in 8 GI bleed on-call rota – well-supported and structured
  • Mix of 2–3 clinics + 2–3 endoscopy lists per week with manageable volumes
  • Access to JAG-accredited endoscopy units with advanced procedures (ERCP, EUS, capsule, etc.)
  • Opportunity to develop a subspecialty interest and shape service development
  • Strong emphasis on teaching, audit, and research, with real support behind it
