Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training and supervising security officers.
- Building rapport with security officers and maintaining high morale and motivation amongst the team.
- Attending regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
- Coordinating and responding to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies, and alarms.
- Investigating, reviewing, and reporting incidents and breaches, and resolving emerging issues quickly and efficiently.
- Creating reports for management on security status.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar and related position with proven experience as an Operations Executive.
- Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses.
- Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
- Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning.
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills.
- Possess Class 3/3A License (Mandatory).
- Possess own vehicle with valid license is a plus.
