The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to organise operational and technical support for the new lending software system (âLTi Aspireâ) during its postâimplementation stabilisation phase. The Project Manager will coordinate issue triage, and functionality enhancement requests from across the private credit business and technology teams, ensuring clear governance, transparency, and delivery momentum. Acting as the operational backbone of the working group, the role will track priorities, drive forward agreed actions, and provide stakeholders with clear visibility on progress. Senior leaders will support with decisionâmaking and prioritisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of coordination for all Aspireârelated issues, defects, enhancements, and change requests.
- Draw on your skills and experience of largeâscale software deployment and integration to help us manage our backlog effectively.
- Own and manage the central change request intake process, ensuring all requests are clearly defined and standardised, impactâassessed, and ready for review.
- Maintain a live Aspire issues, risks, and prioritisation tracker (status, owners, dependencies, next steps).
Governance & Working Group Support
- Support the Aspire Working Group by preparing agendas, papers, and prioritisation recommendations.
- Document decisions, actions, and dependencies between tasks.
- Track delivery progress and followâups between meetings.
- Communicate agreed priorities clearly to business and technology teams.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Coordinate across Finance, Operations, Technology, and wider business teams.
- Provide clear, regular status reporting and visibility on progress, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Proactively chase actions and unblock issues to maintain momentum.
- Ensure stakeholders understand process, ownership, and next steps.
Knowledge & Experience Required
- Essential: proven experience of project managing large-scale software deployments within a business.
- Experience with Jira would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience with databases a distinct advantage.
- Strong project coordination/project management experience across multiple senior stakeholders.
- Experience organising and running effective meetings that keep to time and adhere to the agenda.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal).
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure.
