The Function
Our purpose is to raise and retain assets under management (AUM) for Triple Point to help drive the growth of the business. We accomplish this by providing innovative financial solutions that support financial advisers in helping people with their financial goals. The Role
This is a role to sit in an exciting, predominantly phone-based team, working in conjunction with our regional representation to be responsible for developing relationships with new IFA's, creating high levels of sales activity to existing relationships across the country and provide the highest level of customer service/client experience.
We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional approach to this role, who understands that the needs of clients (both internal and external) are central to Triple Point and key to the success of the business. The candidate will be engaged in the business and will show this through building relationships, seeking to self-improve and taking an interest in the future direction of Triple Point.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound telephone calls to build and maintain relationships with new and existing IFA's.
- Provide point of contact for inbound IFA queries.
- Enhance and develop existing relationships to increase business levels.
- Assist with managing a regional area of clients for Triple Point.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Help educate financial advisers and enable them to solve their clients' needs.
- Design and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
- Develop skills to manage the whole sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Efficiently manage your workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitoring and maintain the contact inbox from clients.
- Generating activity and booking meetings for relevant Field based Business Development Managers.
- Create and deliver client specific illustrations.
- Represent Triple Point at industry conferences/seminars, as requested.
- Chase prospective deals through to application stage and deal with any queries that may arise.
- Provide indicative terms, as required, over the phone and via e-mail to our IFA's.
- Develop Sales skills so that over time you are able to own and manage IFA relationships, hosting meetings on a 1:1 basis.
- Resolve client queries, monitoring the resolution process to keep the client updated to manage expectations.
- Proactively seek ways to improve business processes across all areas to enable BDMs and the internal team to be more efficient.
- Update client information on our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring that information is accurate for reporting.
- Be an important part of the business development team in driving Triple Point.
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Experience of working in a sales function (ideally phone-based).
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills.
- High-quality interpersonal skills; ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Excellent written communication skills, including strong English grammar.
- Strong IT proficiency (particularly Microsoft Office).
