The Function & Team
The Investment Finance and Operations team ensures the smooth financial and operational running of our investment platforms. They manage transactions, reporting and controls that underpin the performance and integrity of our funds and portfolios.
Role Summary
The In-Life Operations Executive is responsible for managing the ongoing servicing of borrower facilities across the Private Credit portfolio. This includes overseeing borrower billing, facility amendments, arrears monitoring, and lifecycle events such as extensions and terminations. The role ensures that borrower accounts are maintained accurately within the loan management system and that all operational processes are executed in accordance with internal controls and facility terms. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Services Team, Finance, and Operations to support the effective servicing of the loan book while ensuring operational accuracy and strong borrower account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Loan Servicing & Account Management
- Manage the ongoing servicing of borrower facilities across the Private Credit portfolio.
- Maintain and update borrower facilities within the Aspire loan management system, including changes to interest rates, participation allocations, fees and facility terms.
- Ensure all facility updates are accurately recorded and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Preparation and issuance of borrower invoices and statements, including settlements and fees.
- Processing of capitalised interest calculations in accordance with facility terms.
- Maintain the billing calendar to ensure invoices and statements are produced on time.
- Respond to billing and account queries from internal stakeholders and borrowers.
- Arrears & Borrower Monitoring
- Monitor borrower arrears positions and maintain accurate records across the portfolio.
- Support the tracking and management of overdue balances.
- Assist with borrower account queries and internal reporting relating to arrears positions.
- Facility Lifecycle Events
- Process facility amendments, asset extensions, and borrower changes within the loan management system.
- Support facility terminations and interest suspensions where required.
- Manage and track legal fees and related operational processes.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience working in loan servicing, lending operations, or asset finance operations.
- Understanding of loan lifecycle servicing, including billing, amendments, and borrower account management.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with loan administration systems.
- Experience supporting arrears monitoring, escalation and working with a credit team.
- Experience within private credit, structured finance, or asset finance.
