Since 2004, we’ve been bringing investment ideas to life and connecting capital with the right people and opportunities. Today, we manage more than £2.5 billion for a broad range of investors across five key investment strategies: Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy and Venture. These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.

There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named a Sunday Times 'Best Place to Work 2025'.

The Role

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to help deliver on our ambitious growth plans. This is a strategically important territory. You’ll inherit an established footprint across the London region and take responsibility for growing it. That means deepening adviser engagement, unlocking new relationships and positioning Triple Point as the go-to provider of defined return solutions.

The role is hybrid, with time split between our London office and the territory itself. Expect a mix of face‑to‑face meetings, event presence, adviser roundtables and strategic phone outreach. All activity is designed to build pipeline and maximise adviser mindshare. You will work as part of the London pod alongside an external BDM and an internal BDE/M.

This is a relationship‑led sales role. You’ll be expected to open doors, build trust and drive inflows. You’ll represent the Triple Point proposition in the market and be responsible for communicating the product’s structure, suitability and strategic value to adviser firms across the region.

We’re looking for a commercially focused candidate with a proven track record of growing financial adviser distribution. You’ll understand how to develop profitable partnerships and influence key decision‑makers, whilst being able to operate autonomously. If you’re confident in your ability to convert interest into action and bring energy, structure and substance to your sales approach, this is your opportunity to shape one of our highest‑potential regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate financial advisers on the Triple Point proposition through face‑to‑face and virtual meetings, calls, emails, events and specialist seminars.
  • Discover, develop and manage relationships with financial advisers, paraplanners, wealth managers, and influential market leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and investment management, to deliver exceptional investment solutions tailored to adviser needs.
  • Develop and execute a robust business plan for the London region, delivering regional targets in partnership with team colleagues.
  • Fulfil your minimum KPI requirement on a weekly basis for meetings and calls.
  • Become a valuable part of the feedback loop ensuring regular and timely feedback is provided to internal teams to enhance product offerings and elevate the customer experience.
  • Lead and inspire the team by serving as a role model, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of pipeline opportunities ensuring you understand all next steps and what is needed to convert.
  • Have an exceptional understanding of the product suite to ensure you can influence senior stakeholders in advice firms and when needed, strategic relationships.

Knowledge & Experience

  • The ideal candidate is already managing adviser relationships and has a proven track record in developing and managing these relationships.
  • In the case of not having experience with advisers and paraplanners, a proven track record in building and servicing a client base in private banking, wealth management, or investment management sectors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy diary and balance multiple priorities.
  • Commercial acumen, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges.

Specific Experience

  • Demonstrable success in managing high‑value client relationships and delivering against regional sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in face‑to‑face client interactions and event attendance.
  • Familiarity with leading and mentoring junior team members.

Qualities and Competencies

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Team‑oriented with a flexible attitude and commitment to achieving shared goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage regional travel and in‑person meetings.
  • Highly numerate with strong academic credentials.
  • Willingness to evolve with the business and contribute to team‑wide best practices.
