Our purpose is to raise and retain assets under management (AUM) for Triple Point to help drive the growth of the business. We accomplish this by providing innovative financial solutions that support financial advisers in helping people with their financial goals. This role is predominantly phone‑based, working in conjunction with our regional representation to develop relationships with new IFA’s, create high levels of sales activity to existing relationships across the country, and provide the highest level of customer service/client experience. We are looking for a candidate who takes an exceptional approach to this role, understanding that the needs of clients (both internal and external) are central to Triple Point and key to the success of the business. The candidate will be engaged in the business, building relationships, seeking self‑improvement, and taking an interest in the future direction of Triple Point.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound telephone calls to build and maintain relationships with new and existing IFA’s.
- Providing point of contact for inbound IFA queries.
- Enhancing and developing existing relationships to increase business levels.
- Assisting with managing a regional area of clients for Triple Point.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service.
- Helping educate financial advisers and enable them to solve their clients’ needs.
- Designing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Developing skills to manage the whole sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Efficiently managing workload in a fast‑paced environment.
- Monitoring and maintaining the contact inbox from clients.
- Generating activity and booking meetings for relevant Field based Business Development Managers.
- Creating and delivering client‑specific illustrations.
- Representing Triple Point at industry conferences/seminars, as requested.
- Chasing prospective deals through to application stage and dealing with any queries that may arise.
- Providing indicative terms, as required, over the phone and via e‑mail to our IFA’s.
- Developing sales skills so that over time you are able to own and manage IFA relationships, hosting meetings on a 1:1 basis.
- Resolving client queries, monitoring the resolution process to keep the client updated to manage expectations.
- Proactively seeking ways to improve business processes across all areas to enable BDMs and the internal team to be more efficient.
- Updating client information on our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring that information is accurate for reporting.
- Being an important part of the business development team in driving Triple Point.
- Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Experience working in a sales function (ideally phone‑based).
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills.
- High‑quality interpersonal skills; ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Strong IT proficiency (particularly Microsoft Office).
- Ability to pick up information and new concepts quickly and share it with others.
