These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.

There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named a Sunday Times 'Best Place to Work 2025 & 2026'.

The Marketing Function sits at the very heart of Triple Point’s business and is an integral part of the wider Distribution group (Sales, Marketing and Client Service). We are responsible for the full marketing mix: strategy, brand, campaigns, content, advertising, digital and both internal and external communications. We act as trusted advisers to stakeholders across investments, retail, wholesale and institutional sales, as well as senior leadership, with the client always at the centre of everything we do.

A tight‑knit team of talented professionals, led by a financial services marketing veteran with a reputation for building highly effective and happy teams where people genuinely grow. The team has delivered record‑breaking fundraises and award‑winning campaigns. We are now in an exciting period of change, building AI‑powered capabilities into the heart of our digital function, with the ambition of moving from AI as a tool we use to AI as infrastructure we oversee.

This is a newly created digital marketing role, sitting at the heart of our centralised AI‑powered marketing engine. You will bring genuine platform expertise, sharp commercial instinct and a talent for structured delivery, designing and governing automated workflows that keep the engine running and campaigns executed to the highest standard.

You will own end‑to‑end digital marketing delivery: campaign management, platform administration, data governance, website oversight and performance reporting. Your job is not to operate the engine task by task, but to build, oversee and continuously improve it.

We are looking for someone with solid experience across platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress, confident owning systems and processes independently, and excited to help shape how a forward‑thinking marketing function operates.

You will work closely with the channel, digital transformation, investment and sales teams, as well as external agencies, translating briefs into structured delivery plans and ensuring all outputs meet Triple Point’s compliance and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the planning, coordination and delivery of digital campaigns across email, social (LinkedIn) and web.
  • Translate marketing objectives into project plans, manage concurrent workstreams to deadline, and quality‑check AI‑generated outputs for compliance and brand standards.
  • Take ownership of HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Ensure campaigns are correctly built, executed and tracked; oversee workflows and data flows for efficiency, scalability and compliance; identify and implement improvements.
  • Design and govern automated workflows across campaign, reporting and data processes triggered by schedules or system events.
  • Build cross‑system intelligence between HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress, define escalation rules and ensure compliant, auditable AI use.
  • Design and govern scheduled reporting workflows delivering weekly and monthly snapshots automatically from HubSpot, Salesforce and GA4.
  • Interpret outputs to drive planning and continuous improvement.
  • Design and govern automated data workflows, nightly hygiene, deduplication, real‑time segmentation and lead scoring.
  • Maintain cross‑system data flows and liaise with the Digital Transformation Team on governance and integration standards.
  • Act as internal owner of the website and related digital infrastructure.
  • Embed automated monitoring, oversee landing page and content update workflows, and coordinate with technical support as needed.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Solid digital marketing delivery experience, with a focus on managing campaigns through marketing platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and WordPress, or similar systems.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with data, systems and workflows able to design processes, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Practical exposure to AI and automation tools within marketing, including workflow platforms and triggered automation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong curiosity and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
  • Experience with marketing automation and workflow platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, paid media or programmatic channels.
  • Familiarity with cross‑system integration design between CRM, marketing and web platforms.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as GA4, Looker or Tableau.
