As a Head Gardener, you will keep our grounds beautiful for our guests throughout the year.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key points about the role:

• No two days are ever the same; often, you won’t know what you’ll be doing until you come in on the day.
• You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Health & safety compliance checks are an absolute must to ensure everyone\’s safety.
• Our gardens are the first thing our guests see when they arrive, so we want them looking perfect.
• You will have the pleasure of training our new staff to be as excellent as our current team.
• All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
• When team members leave, you will have the opportunity to recruit new talent.
• We are one team, so we all pitch in from time to time, helping across departments.
