This role is a remote position in the UK or Portugal. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.

  • Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics.
  • Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery.
  • Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail.
  • Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and commercial to create alignment and progress.
  • Mentor and advocate helping peers connect our work to customer and business goals.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers, maintaining momentum without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
