Your New Role:

The Viator product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on the Viator app. You will have extensive experience in mobile app development and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality apps to users worldwide. You will work with cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions; you should also be a whiz at mobile apps tracking and analysis. You are creative and passionate about delivering mobile products that people love to use, incorporating the principles of mobile app experience design to deliver amazing market leading products. You have extensive experience in defining goals, prioritizing roadmaps, finding the right tools, monitoring KPIs, all to create the best experience for our customers. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, UXR, Product Marketing, Analytics, Customer Experience, Brand and Product leadership to deliver real impact for our business and users. You are a self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Your communication skills allow you to excel at collaborating in a Global team environment, working in several time zones. Viator is a remote first company. This role can be either remote from anywhere in the UK, Portugal or Poland, or a hybrid setup based out of our Oxford, London or Lisbon offices.

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Manage the core product lifecycle of the app (which includes feature iterations and new feature development): from ideation, discovery, design & development to release.
  • Prioritize opportunities in line with our app product strategy as well as by leveraging data to make sure we work on what brings most value to our users and Viator.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that meet user needs and business requirements.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Leverage user research, conduct user testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the experience and champion the voice of the customer.
  • Find and evaluate problems to solve, rather than just document stakeholder requirements.
  • Communicate the state of projects across teams, stakeholders as well as executives.
  • Manage and prioritize the team’s feature backlog to ensure focus on key objectives.
  • Partner with the rest of the Product organization to continuously improve our processes.

5+ years' experience in a product role for a consumer facing app. A passion for creating user-centric products. Proven ability to create, analyze and communicate analytics and performance metrics. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with engineering, analytics and design functions. Desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with a diverse set of responsibilities. Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize. Proficiency with agile development. Familiarity with UI/UX tech stack - Figma, Miro etc. Thorough understanding of the app ecosystem e.g., App Store Connect and Google Play Developer. Experience with app analytics tools like Firebase, Appbot would be a huge plus. Solid analytical capability and experience in A/B testing. Ability to collaborate with a global team, across multiple time zones.
