What you’ll do:
- We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst - Affiliates with the analytical skills and business knowledge to play an integral role within the marketing organization.
- The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Global Network Affiliates team with a focus on:
- Channel and partner analysis – identify opportunities for the channel, build trigger reports, and conduct campaign/placements analysis.
- Designing and implementing testing or modeling frameworks to measure the incremental value of affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Providing timely insights and analytical support to internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making.
- Proactively seeking out opportunities hidden in our or industry data.
- Identifying key success indicators and determining best practices for measurement and reporting.
- Assisting with ad hoc queries and providing analytical support.
- Developing exceptional relationships with stakeholders to ensure all workstreams and projects are delivered to strategic needs.
- Creating concepts and justifying business case analyses to improve customer engagement and value metrics.
What You’ll bring to the team:
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field; Master’s Degree a plus.
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement.
Tool knowledge:
- Knowledge of key industry tools, SQL, Tableau, Excel.
- Advanced SQL and proficiency in R/Python are required.
- Must be able to design and build robust visualizations quickly.
