Bókun is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Software Product Sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in software sales and will initially be a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. We are a fast‑growing reservation system for the tours and activities industry. We combine the energy and pace of a startup with the stability and backing of Tripadvisor, a global leader in travel.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers using pre‑populated lists.
- Clearly and concisely articulate the value of the Bókun platform during your calls.
- Understand the initial needs of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our product.
- Generate and qualify new leads, scheduling product demonstrations and consultations for the Product Sales Executives.
- Manage all sales activities, from call outcomes to lead status, within our Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and other related KPIs.
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, such as customer service, hospitality, or telesales, is advantageous.
- A strong interest in starting a career in technology or software sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle objections and learn from feedback.
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Well‑organised with a keen eye for detail and experience managing tasks systematically.
- A team player who is open to coaching and dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Familiarity with Spanish or other European languages is beneficial, but not required.
