Responsibilities

  • Consultative Outreach: Conduct high‑volume engagement with prospective customers who have already shown interest in our platform, moving beyond scripts to have meaningful business conversations.
  • Value Positioning: Clearly articulate the Bókun value proposition, identifying an operator’s pain points and demonstrating how our suite of tools—Reservation systems, Channel Managers, and Websites—can grow their revenue.
  • Business Discovery: Act as a brand ambassador for both Bókun and Tripadvisor, utilizing a consultative approach to identify business needs and solve real‑world challenges for tour providers.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage activity and lead progression within Salesforce, ensuring every opportunity is nurtured and moved through the funnel with precision to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with our Account Executives and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition as high‑quality opportunities convert into long‑term partners.
