The B2B Experience Team is responsible for the platform tools within the marketplace ecosystem. We solve problems for operators, partners, and third-party merchants, driving efficiency, scalability, and trust across the platform. Job Location: Remote UK or Portugal. This role is a remote position in the UK or Portugal. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Product Strategy & Outcomes
- Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and challenges, contributing meaningfully to product strategy and roadmaps.
- Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics.
- Challenge assumptions constructively and advocate for customer-centred, evidence-based decisions.
- Deliver High-Quality Design
- Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery.
- Plan and conduct user research, synthesising insights into actionable direction.
- Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions.
- Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail.
- Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate, Influence & Mentor
- Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and commercial to create alignment and progress.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
- Mentor and advocate helping peers connect our work to customer and business goals.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, maintaining momentum without sacrificing quality.
