The B2B Experience Team The B2B Experience Team is responsible for the platform tools within the marketplace ecosystem. We solve problems for operators, partners, and third-party merchants, driving efficiency, scalability, and trust across the platform. We focus on creating intuitive, reliable experiences that enable our partners to run their businesses effectively, make confident decisions, and deliver great outcomes for end customers. Working closely with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams, we balance complex operational needs with simple, well-designed solutions—always grounded in customer insight and business impact.
