Are you ready to move beyond incremental improvements and help lead an AI-driven transformation across Supply? You won't just be mapping processes; you'll help define the future of how our Supply organization scales globally. We are seeking a builder who can identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and create scalable solutions through AI, automation, and process innovation. You will be the primary driver in enabling our Supply teams to 10x their impact through AI-powered tools, intelligent workflows, and new ways of operating.

Working across both internal stakeholders and our supplier customers, you'll uncover opportunities where emerging technologies can fundamentally improve how we work, how suppliers engage with our platform, and how the business scales. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who is energized by turning ideas into reality and shaping the future of AI within one of the world's largest travel Experiences marketplaces.

Job Location: Hybrid. This role is a hybrid position that requires 1-2 days per week in our London office.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Process Mapping: Partner with teams across the Supply organization to identify high-friction workflows, operational bottlenecks, and high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.
• AI-Driven Transformation: Translate emerging AI capabilities, including Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and predictive analytics into scalable solutions that improve productivity, supplier experience, and business outcomes.
• Solution Design & Automation: Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions, automation that streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and enable teams to scale more effectively.
• Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Lead automation initiatives from discovery and business case development through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance, and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable AI solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
• Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.
• Experience in Scale: 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, with a proven track record of driving process automation and operational transformation.
• At least 1+ years of experience focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
• Deep AI & Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and a proven ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate working solutions.
• Technical Translation: A natural ability to bridge business challenges and technical solutions, translating operational needs into scalable AI and automation opportunities.
• Relentless Collaboration: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption of new technologies, and execute complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Problem-Solving Agility: Highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by solving the company's hardest problems through experimentation, rapid iteration, and execution.
