About the Role

You will own Bókun’s AI‑powered content strategy and bottom‑of‑funnel content program, positioning the company as a citable source in commercial AI prompts and building a library of high‑intent onsite content that gets surfaced when buyers make decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design AI & LLM content strategy to create material that is surfaced and cited by conversational AI tools at the decision stage.
  • Build and maintain a structured library of authoritative content (feature explainers, comparison guides, how‑tos, FAQs) engineered to rank in LLMs.
  • Position BĂłkun as a citable source in AI prompts by creating high‑intent onsite content—product‑led blogs, FAQs, templates, and integration content.
  • Monitor AI search tools for representation gaps, inaccuracies, and opportunities to improve our presence.
  • Stay ahead of evolving AI search behaviors and continuously adapt content plans.
  • Develop a program of bottom‑of‑funnel content to convert buyers at the moment of decision.
  • Script, brief, and project‑manage short‑form explainer and how‑to videos for web, social, email, and in‑product use.
  • Support GTM strategy and execution for new features and launches, generating AI‑first content assets.
  • Conduct post‑launch content analysis to identify gaps and optimize for human and AI search performance.
  • Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape and ensure content positioning reflects market realities.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and broader marketing teams to keep content accurate and timely.
  • Bring an AI search and LLM perspective to cross‑functional planning conversations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related discipline, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or travel technology.
  • Strong curiosity about how AI search and LLMs work and the desire to build winning content in that environment.
  • Experience creating bottom‑of‑funnel content—how‑tos, feature guides, comparison pages, decision‑stage explainers—that drives conversion.
  • Comfortable scripting and briefing video content; bonus if you’ve managed short‑form explainer video production end‑to‑end.
  • Excellent writing ability with clear, structured, benefit‑led copy across formats.
  • Analytical mindset; you use performance data to understand what works and iterate quickly.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and comfort scaling output without compromising quality (e.g., Perplexity, Notebook LM, ChatGPT, Jasper).
  • Self‑directed, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Highly collaborative; you thrive on partnership with product, engineering, and sales.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO and structured content (schema, FAQs, entity‑based SEO).
  • Familiarity with AI overviews, featured snippets, and LLM training data intersecting content strategy.
  • Experience in travel tech or marketplace platforms.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of analytics tools such as Mixpanel or GA4 for content performance tracking.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with base salary and annual bonuses.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote‑friendly approach and option to join on‑site as needed.
  • Flexible schedule and strong work‑life balance.
  • Donation matching program and tuition assistance for professional development.
