What You Will Do Working as one of the leaders within the Product Analytics team and closely with the Product Pod, you will be the lead analyst responsible for driving improvement in the product, through data, analytics and insight.
Lead on Experimentation and AB Testing as a key element of the role, where you will run the analysis for any tests, using our in house system and mentor others.
Product Analytics at Viator is about finding opportunities to improve customer experience, this is through many aspects but would include Funnel, Feature and Cohort Analysis.
It's also about Realising those opportunities, working with the Product Pod to provide insight that drives change, either through AB Testing or Release.
In supporting the Objectives and Key Results we’re looking to drive, you will play a key role in creating reporting, analytics and insight views, that help the team to understand the product, the customer and commercial performance, whilst guiding others to do the same.
