Role Overview:

The Marketing Analytics Team is seeking a Principal Analyst for Brand and Content to provide high-quality data-driven insights and support the Brand and Content team. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand and Content team with reporting needs across social media, on-site content, and paid tactics.
  • Track campaigns, segment customer base, identify market trends and monitor competitors.
  • Develop and implement a tracking and measurement system for brand metrics.
  • Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs, working closely with the media agency.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Provide timely insights to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities in data, articulate findings, and suggest actions.
  • Automate reporting tools and manage ad hoc queries.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Influence strategic roadmaps and drive actionable change.
  • Measure the impact of testing and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers and agencies for tools and tracking methods.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in marketing analytics, with a background in a paid media agency, e-commerce, travel industry, or data-based consulting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (math, economics, engineering, statistics, etc.); a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Passion for data and storytelling through analytics.
  • Proven track record in monitoring and analyzing large-scale brand marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, travel, culture, and media.
  • Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social analytics and community management platforms (e.g., Sprout, BrandWatch).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R/Python, Tableau, and other data tools.
