Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer II with iOS development experience to join our Viator team. This role is open to candidates based within a commutable distance (generally within 2-3 hours) of our office hubs in Oxford or London.
The role offers a remote-first working model with periodic in-person gatherings at your closest office for team connection, planning, or other key moments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full development process from design, coding, testing, to deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define feature specifications and develop high-quality deliverables.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of software engineering, including design, implementation, QA, and maintenance.
- Develop iOS apps and be familiar with mobile web and back-end technologies.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in commercial software development, ideally with a rich user interface.
- Experience with reactive programming on native mobile platforms.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
