About the Role
This role sits at the center of our marketing engine. As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll support CRM campaigns and event marketing from end to end—turning ideas into live campaigns, keeping projects moving, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work across email, events, and cross‑functional initiatives to deliver campaigns that are timely, well‑executed, and measurable. What You’ll Do
- CRM Campaign Execution
- Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Braze and Mailchimp
- Create campaign assets and manage audience segmentation
- Ensure accuracy and performance through QA and testing (content, links, personalization, send strategy)
- Event Marketing & Coordination
- Manage event communications (invites, confirmations, reminders, follow‑ups)
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners
- Support event execution, including on‑site when needed
- Track attendee engagement and support post‑event follow‑up
- Project Coordination
- Manage campaign workflows from intake through deployment
- Coordinate with copy, design, and stakeholders to gather assets and approvals
- Keep projects on track by managing timelines and priorities
- Reporting & Insights
- Track and report on campaign performance (opens, clicks, engagement)
- Document insights and apply learnings to improve future campaigns
- General Marketing Support
- Support ad hoc CRM and event initiatives
- Help improve processes, templates, and ways of working
- Contribute to ongoing testing and optimization efforts
- Support additional initiatives that help the team deliver on key marketing priorities
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or event coordination
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
