What You’ll Do: Content Development: Create and manage engaging content for email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and website updates. Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all communication channels. Campaign Execution: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion. Assist in developing strategies for social media growth and email list expansion. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and report on marketing metrics, using data to identify trends and inform decisions. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness. Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and deliverables for marketing initiatives. Maintain a detailed content and campaign calendar. Assist with event planning, partner communications, and special projects as needed. Conduct competitive research to support strategic planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
