Responsibilities
- Create and edit high-quality, engaging videos that adhere to Tripadvisor and client brand guidelines.
- Lead the editing process, handling color correction, sound design, and advanced motion graphics.
- Adapt content for various platforms (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) following best practices for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Collaborate strategically with design, writers, producers, and marketers to align creative and business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring fast turnaround.
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
- Utilize AI-assisted editing tools for efficiency and media asset management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong reel showcasing diverse, high-end editing and motion-graphic work.
- Deep understanding of media & social best practices (formats, storytelling techniques, pacing).
- Excellent project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
