We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to help design new features that reduce friction and meet the needs of travelers, particularly when they are looking for Hotels. You will be a thought leader for product design across Tripadvisor Hotels.

- Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, consistent consumer experiences by closely collaborating with software engineers and product managers.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:
- 5+ years of product design experience at consumer‑focused brands or agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product design projects from initial ideation through detailed execution and delivery, including user interactions, UI transformations, and screen state variations.
- Experience working in agile teams and a pragmatic approach to delivering within established design frameworks and processes.
- Proficiency in translating design research, strategic market positioning, and technical requirements into a cohesive design direction, encompassing both visuals and interactions.
- Exposure to data‑driven design principles and decision‑making processes.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your contributions to digital products, highlighting originality, innovation, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with user research and experience designing for complex SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Proven experience creating high‑fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma, the tool we use at the company.
