The Tripadvisor Group connects people to experiences worth sharing, and aims to be the world’s most trusted source for travel and experiences. We leverage our brands, technology, and capabilities to connect our global audience with partners through rich content, travel guidance, and two-sided marketplaces for experiences, accommodations, restaurants, and other travel categories.
This role owns key aspects of commercial strategy, go-to-market, and narrative for how Viator grows value across its supply organisation — shaping strategy alongside Commercial and Product teams, not just executing it, and turning that strategy into positioning and enablement that suppliers understand, trust, and act on. It sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, product, and supplier-facing marketing, and is accountable for making sure Viator's most important supply-side initiatives are right, and that they land with operators, not just internally.
The strength of any supply-side initiative starts with whether the strategy behind it is right — and that requires someone close enough to the evidence to shape it, not just market it after the fact. This role brings senior commercial marketing capability that can build strategy, ground it in original research, and carry it through to execution that lands with operators.
Job Location: Hybrid. This role is a hybrid position in London, UK. Travel to company offices is expected 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Build strategy and identify key initiatives to enable us to meet our company goals - bringing a point of view on what Viator should do next and why, backed by evidence rather than assumption.
- Independent Research & Insight: Run research into supplier behaviour, needs, and market dynamics - designing and conducting the work directly rather than relying solely on other teams' output and use it to shape strategy before it's built.
- Product Roadmap Influence: Work as a key partner with product, using supplier insight and data to actively guide what gets built and prioritised.
- Commercial GTM Ownership: Take supply-side commercial strategy such as pricing, promotions, incentive structures, new programs and turn it into positioning and launch plans that suppliers act on, from first announcement through adoption.
- Supplier Growth Strategy: Partner with Commercial teams to translate operator insight into marketing and product initiatives that measurably grow supplier earnings and engagement.
- Lifecycle & CRM Strategy: Shape supplier lifecycle CRM programs so that engagement, retention, and reactivation efforts stay aligned to what's commercially important right now.
- Initiative Launch & Rollout: Lead the end-to-end rollout of major supply-side initiatives - sequencing, localisation where relevant, and adapting positioning and enablement to what actually works for the operators it's aimed at, rather than exporting a single playbook.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track how competitors win and retain supply, and turn that into a sharper Viator offering.

- 8+ years in product marketing, with experience owning commercial or GTM strategy.
- Experience influencing product roadmap as a peer to product teams, backed by evidence.

- Comfortable working directly with data science/analytics and core metrics.
- Sharp GTM and positioning craft — turns ambiguous strategy into messaging people act on.
- Experience across more than one stage of a supplier/partner lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
