- Understand and influence the product strategy of Hotels; actively contribute to OKR and roadmap planning.
- Develop requirements and specifications that are informed by the product strategy, competitive positioning, customer feedback, technical feasibility and your unique insight.
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning the product from conception through launch to maturity and support.
- Work with business stakeholders to define and translate strategic business ideas into product stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage technical projects, track progress towards milestones, and keep tabs on all the moving parts of agile planning and development cycles.
- Communicate the state of projects across teams and stakeholders.
- Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
What You’ll bring to the team:

- Strong technical skills. Able to dive into APIs and other software architecture and design tradeoff discussions with engineering teams internally and externally.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a diverse set of responsibilities.
- High degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Proven ability to create, analyze and communicate analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various audiences across different seniority levels and a spectrum of functions.
