The B2B Experience Team is responsible for the platform tools within the marketplace ecosystem. Job Location: Remote UK or Portugal. This role is a remote position in the UK or Portugal. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Product Strategy & Outcomes: Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and challenges, contributing meaningfully to product strategy and roadmaps. Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics. Challenge assumptions constructively and advocate for customer-centred, evidence-based decisions.
  • Deliver High-Quality Design: Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery. Plan and conduct user research, synthesising insights into actionable direction. Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions. Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail. Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate, Influence & Mentor: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and commercial to create alignment and progress. Communicate clearly and persuasively, tailoring your approach to different audiences. Mentor and advocate helping peers connect our work to customer and business goals. Proactively identify and remove blockers, maintaining momentum without sacrificing quality.
