Overview
As Connectivity Director, you own the technical and commercial relationship between our platform and supplier restech systems, guiding the connectivity strategy and leading a global engineering team.
You will build senior partnerships with restech and suppliers, while also rolling up your sleeves to tackle complex integration challenges.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to scale our connectivity as the business grows.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver reliable, high-velocity integrations that power seamless travel experiences.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the connectivity strategy aligned to the broader technical direction
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with restech and supplier partners
- Hands-on API design, integration architecture, and connectivity issue resolution
- Lead and develop a global engineering/technical team
- Collaborate with Product to shape the connectivity roadmap
- Introduce new technologies and foster technical creativity
- Own escalation and resolution of complex operational issues to keep integrations running at scale
- Oversee configuration, monitoring and testing of supplier integrations and drive continuous improvement
