What You Will Do

  • As part of our Account Management team, you will own and grow the commercial performance of your restaurant portfolio.
  • You will manage long‑term relationships with restaurant partners while driving revenue growth, retention, and adoption of TheFork solutions.

You Will

  • Ensure your restaurant portfolio generates increased monthly revenue through the adoption and optimization of TheFork solutions.
  • Negotiate win‑win commercial conditions that help restaurants optimize margins and increase seat occupancy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your restaurant partners and build long‑term business relationships.
  • Provide ongoing commercial support through phone and email, helping restaurants optimize their positioning strategy, revenue management, and online visibility.
  • Set up action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional plans across your portfolio (including Festivals, special offers, YUMS, and SUPER YUMS).
  • Monitor and take action to ensure restaurants comply with our Terms & Conditions and quality standards, guaranteeing a strong B2C user experience.
  • Support and train restaurants on how to use our tools effectively.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams to help improve product relevance and customer experience.

Your KPIs Will Include (but Not Limited To)

  • Additional monthly revenues generated by the restaurants in your portfolio.
  • Promotions available across your portfolio.
  • Maintaining and reducing our Churn Level, by retaining your customers.
  • Number of restaurants part of the YUMS/SUPERYUMS program across your portfolio.
  • Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals.

Who You Are

Required skills and experience. You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

  • You are a self‑driven, results‑oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed commercial targets.
  • You are confident managing commercial conversations and negotiations over the phone with a high level of activity.
  • You have a strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers.
  • You are analytical yet creative, able to propose tailored solutions that genuinely add value for customers.
  • You can quickly establish trust and build credible, long‑term business relationships.
  • You are comfortable managing a large portfolio while balancing KPIs, commercial targets, and customer relationships.
  • You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or quality.
  • You are able to work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the London office.
  • You are fluent in English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
  • You have at least two years of experience in account management or a closely related role.

You Can Impress With These Additions

  • You have a proven background in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
  • You have experience handling large portfolios, managing between 300 and 800 accounts.
  • You are comfortable managing a high volume of activity, including 20–50 daily inbound and outbound calls.
  • You thrive in fast‑paced environments and remain organised under pressure.
  • You have experience within the Internet, digital, or tech sector.
  • You have experience working with hospitality or restaurant clients.
