What You’ll Do:
- Content Creation: Create and edit high-quality, engaging videos that adhere to Tripadvisor and client brand guidelines. Handle color correction, sound design, and advanced motion graphics while leading the editing process.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt content for various platforms (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) with best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok etc.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with design, writers, producers, and marketers to develop cohesive visual strategies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
- Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.
Skills & Experiences:
- Experience: 5+ years in professional video editing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Eagerness and ability to utilize AI‑assisted editing tools for efficiency and manage media assets and archives.
- Deep understanding of media & social best practices, formats, storytelling techniques, pacing.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio: A strong reel showcasing diverse, high-end editing and motion graphic work.
