You will be part of an exciting and fast‑growing business unit that works with some of the world’s leading travel brands. We are seeking a talented Senior Partner Success Manager (PSM) to support our strategic partners in Europe, focusing on maximizing the value of these partnerships through revenue growth and data‑driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background, C‑level communication skills, and ideally a deep understanding of the experiences landscape. A proven track record in account growth and strategic thinking, along with the ability to influence clients through tailored recommendations, is essential. Strong analytical skills and business acumen are required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for large global partners to ensure satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include promoting existing products, identifying new solutions, overseeing technical implementations, maintaining brand and global compliance, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on product development.
  • Data‑Driven Strategy: Analyze data to develop strategies and make informed decisions that boost partner performance and revenue, aligning with overarching business goals. Exercise sound judgment in evaluating complex issues requiring in-depth analysis.
  • Demand Analysis: Anticipate the demand needs of large e‑commerce and travel platforms to uncover growth opportunities. Leverage market insights to recommend new solutions, align demand forecasts with company objectives, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Executive Engagement: Collaborate closely with client executives to influence strategies that drive growth.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Organize and lead account planning sessions with senior clients, identify growth opportunities, integrate partner requirements, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about travel industry market trends, developments, and the competitive landscape to develop growth strategies with partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, and ideally 3+ years experience with some combination of APIs, affiliate technologies, travel experiences (supply) and managing tours and activities distribution with global travel platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence a large, cross‑functional global team (e.g. product, sales, strategy, marketing).
  • Proven ability to work closely with executives to present strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company.
  • Adept at evaluating and structuring partner investment proposals to align with company objectives.
  • Skilled in formulating and implementing strategies in partnership with stakeholders that support the company’s financial goals.
  • Strong capability to diagnose shifts in a partner’s commercial trajectory, propose solutions, and execute on initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently within a complex environment, to drive rigorous, fact‑based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
  • Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in one or more European languages a plus.
