In this role, you will need to focus on both sides of the platform, finding solutions that are beneficial to the consumers and business customers alike. You are likely to tackle complex technical product areas, such as offer ranking, bidding and other aspects of auction dynamics - many of them driven by Machine Learning models.

- Understand and influence the product strategy of Hotels; actively contribute to OKR and roadmap planning.
- Develop requirements and specifications that are informed by the product strategy, competitive positioning, customer feedback, technical feasibility and your unique insight.
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning the product from conception through launch to maturity and support.
- Work with business stakeholders to define and translate strategic business ideas into product stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage technical projects, track progress towards milestones, and keep tabs on all the moving parts of agile planning and development cycles.
- Communicate the state of projects across teams and stakeholders.
- Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
What You’ll bring to the team:

- Strong technical skills. Able to dive into APIs and other software architecture and design tradeoff discussions with engineering teams internally and externally.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a diverse set of responsibilities.
- High degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Proven ability to create, analyze and communicate analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various audiences across different seniority levels and a spectrum of functions.
- High attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead multiple projects at a time.
