Position Overview

Bókun is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Community & Customer Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing a vibrant community around the Bókun brand, both online and offline, to drive customer success, engagement and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a Bókun Community: You will develop and implement strategies to create a space where tour and attraction businesses can learn, network, and grow.
  • Drive Customer Success: You will design and execute programs (webinars, newsletters, social content) to educate and engage new customers.
  • Fuel Growth Through Referrals: You will collaborate with product to enhance brand and product affinity, driving a significant increase in customer referrals.
  • Social Media Champion: You will develop and implement a content strategy to increase reach, engagement, and ultimately drive qualified leads.
  • Multi-faced Marketing Expertise: You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate community initiatives into broader campaigns.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: You will proactively identify new trends and opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
  • Deep understanding of how community engagement impacts customer satisfaction and business goals.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in community/customer marketing or a related field.
