As a key member of our B2B distributions team for Viator, the Sales Operations Associate will play a hands‐on role in driving the day-to-day success of our distribution partnerships which is one of the organisation's fastest‐growing revenue channels. This is a high‐impact role for an individual who thrives at the intersection of Go‐To‐Market, data and operational execution.
In this role, you will support our Business Development and Partner Account Success teams, identifying bottlenecks in our sales pipeline and architecting the workflows that help us scale our global distribution network. From optimizing our Salesforce environment to leveraging AI for smarter insights, you will ensure our go‐to‐market are equipped to win and retain high‐value partners.
Job Location: On‐site. This role is an on‐site position in our London office.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Sales Support: Act as a dedicated partner to the B2B Distribution Sales team, providing the tools, processes, and insights they need to accelerate partner acquisition and growth.
- Pipeline & Process Optimization: Own end-to-end sales pipeline management for the distribution channel, identifying and implementing operational improvements that eliminate friction and improve team velocity.
- Salesforce Power User: Serve as an expert for Salesforce within the team, configuring dashboards, reports, and workflow automations to track global distribution KPIs and performance.
- Data‐Driven Insights: Provide analysis to help sales leadership prioritize high‐value partners (from global travel brands to emerging FinTechs) and maximize current revenue potential.
- AI Value Creation: Champion the use of AI tools to drive value, whether through automating internal sales workflows or developing AI‐driven insights to help the team better understand partner performance.
- Cross‐Functional Alignment: Partner closely with BD, Partner Success, Data and Technical teams to deliver on strategic and operational initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a data‐driven commercial role. Experience within a marketplace, Travel or B2B2C environment is a plus but not essential.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce power user with the ability to perform configurations, manage data integrity, and build reports.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert‐level comfort with data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL) and a knack for turning raw data into a commercial story.
- AI Literacy: Practical experience incorporating AI into your daily work to drive productivity or generate value for stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast‐paced, global environment.
- Bias to action: A self‐starter mentality; you don't wait for permission to solve a problem and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
