Bookatable Limited (TheFork) is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant Intern to join our team in London. Reporting to the Senior Accountant in the UK, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating various accounting functions.

  • Accounts Payable
    • Process supplier invoices in Workday (accounting system).
    • Review purchase orders and match them with invoices.
    • Manage vendor payments and the creation of new supplier accounts.
    • Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations.
    • Review employee travel expense reports.
  • General Accounting
    • Assist with general accounting entries such as prepayments or accruals.
    • Assist with monthly reconciliations.
    • Assist with the generation of revenue entries from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • Other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Who you are

Organized and detail‑oriented, eager to develop skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Near graduate or graduate in Accounting or Finance. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Fluent English speaker. Other languages such as French or German are a plus.
