As a Business Operations Manager on our B2B Strategy & Ops team, you\’ll be the operational engine behind our suppliers and partners. This is a highly execution-focused role where you’ll partner closely with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, improve systems, and unlock scalable growth.
You’ll serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce, building and maintaining the tools, dashboards, and workflows that keep our partner teams informed, enabled, and on pace. What You’ll Do
Own and optimize Salesforce as a critical operational tool for account managers and leadership. Troubleshoot issues, enhance workflows, and ensure the CRM reflects real-time business performance.

Proficiency with analytics tools like Tableau and SQL to generate insights and performance trends.
A builder\’s mindset — you’re resourceful, iterative, and constantly looking for better ways to do things.
A strong bias toward execution: you prioritize speed, clarity, and results without sacrificing quality.
Clear communicator and strong collaborator, with a track record of working cross-functionally to align, support, and move fast.
Proven ability to translate operational complexity into systems and tools that drive action.
