Key Responsibilities
- Data Foundation & Measurement: Partner closely with Data Science, Analytics and Data Engineering to improve the quality and usability of customer data for growth use cases, identify gaps and create pragmatic workarounds.
- AI Enablement: Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into the CRM/Loyalty stack to automate hyper‑personalization at scale.
- Rapid Experimentation Framework: Build "Test & Learn" workflows that allow the team to launch and iterate on regional pilots in days, not weeks.
- Dynamic Personalization: Own the logic for real‑time content assembly, ensuring every user sees the most relevant offer based on their local context and behavior.
- Internal AI Consulting: Act as the subject matter expert for the traveler engagement and loyalty team, showing them how to leverage AI to solve regional growth bottlenecks.
Required Skills
- Extreme AI Passion: Deep, hands‑on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) and AI agents.
- Strong Analytics Skill: Experience with SQL, BI tools, customer segmentation, predictive modelling, uplift modelling or lifecycle marketing analytics.
- Technical Stack Mastery: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Hightouch and connecting them to AI layers.
- Agile Systems Design: Ability to build automated workflows that bridge gaps between global tools and local needs.
