Overview

In this role you advance cross-functional initiatives within Navan’s Specialty Travel & Events team to mature service offerings. You translate strategic priorities into concrete plans, coordinate stakeholders, and build dashboards to give leadership a reliable view of performance, risks, and decisions. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to drive measurable outcomes and keep executives informed. This is a data-driven, fast-paced environment where your work directly supports growth and operational excellence in a high-growth tech context. You will shape initiatives that align with Navan’s mission to make travel easy for frequent travelers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional, complex initiatives to scale service offerings in line with top priorities
  • Build relationships across the organization and align stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate decisions with sound judgment
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations Director and senior leaders to translate priorities into focused initiatives and measurable outcomes
  • Develop and manage leadership cadences, including priority-setting and business reviews
  • Own high-priority, ambiguous projects driven by changing business needs
  • Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to build analyses, dashboards, and reporting for performance visibility
  • Provide insights to inform executive decisions

Key requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, programme management, consulting, or related field
  • Experience in a high-growth tech company preferred
  • Strong project management skills with track record of delivering through others without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
  • Comfort in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, resilience, and a collaborative working style
  • Quantitative and analytical skills; experience building analyses and BI reporting
