From digital and web to motion, print, and presentation design, you\’ll bring creativity, technical skill, and a solutions-driven mindset. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail, and who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

What You\’ll Do

• Develop and execute brand design projects from start to finish – across digital, print, presentation, and motion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-quality, creative solutions.
• Design compelling and effective presentations for internal teams, clients, and external audiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of Navan\’s brand identity across web, social, events, and product touchpoints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and high standards of brand execution.
• Push boundaries with innovative design while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides & Docs.
• Strong skills in presentation design, animation, web design (including component design) and UI.
• A versatile designer comfortable working across multiple mediums.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
