Experteer Overview As an Associate Account Manager at Navan, you support a team of Account Managers to deliver an outstanding customer experience for Travel and Expense customers.

You help programme administrators with product configurations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, collaborating with Product, Finance, Operations, and Travel Experience teams.

You will learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with world-class training, with a clear path toward a revenue-driving Account Manager role.

This is a London-based, growth-focused role.

  • Develop deep knowledge of Navan's travel and expense product to enable programme administrators
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries on product integrations, settings, policy configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Drive adoption, retention, and reduce churn by providing fast, knowledgeable guidance
  • Handle customer escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Act as customer voice and provide internal feedback to maximize value and retention
  • Run playbooks to drive adoption and satisfaction and track KPI results
  • Document processes to support the team efficiently and at scale
